Mission

Provide hope to economically disadvantaged children by supporting the students of Dwankhozi Community School in the state of Zambia, so that they can live healthy productive lives.

Why Support Dwankhozi Community School?

• Help educate up to 500 economically disadvantaged children, many of which are orphans.
• Building and supporting a school within the Dwankhozi Community can impact thousands of children and help increase the standard of living for the community and region as a whole
• The impact of your help will be a quantifiable contribution to the lives of some of the neediest children in the world.
• The children of Dwankhozi Community School are economically disadvantaged not by a choice of their own, but by circumstances. We might not know their pain, their sadness, their desperation, their hunger, but we can share in their hope for the future, in their dreams and in their aspirations by helping provide a quality education for them.

DH has the following objectives:

• Walk alongside children of Dwankhozi Community School as they seek for an opportunity at life through an education.
• Provide financial support to complete the second, Pre-K school building and any supporting facilities, such as housing for teachers.
• Provide ongoing financial support to enable DCS to obtain the required ongoing educational supplies for the teachers and students.
• Provide limited financial support to volunteer teachers and support staff to facilitate a deeper commitment and attract better teaching talent.
• Identify any other organizations and individuals that might be willing to support DCS internationally or locally.
• Provide an opportunity for individuals or organizations with resources and willingness to support DCS and quality education to economically needy and vulnerable children.
